Terms of Use

1. Agreement
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the platform operated by Hrpushs Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales ("Hrpushs", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using hrpushs.com you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the platform on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.
2. The platform
Hrpushs is a marketplace that connects organisations ("Clients") with independent HR professionals ("Professionals") for fractional, project-based, and advisory engagements. Hrpushs provides matching, scoping tools, standardised contracts, milestone tracking, and payment processing. Hrpushs is not a party to the engagement between Client and Professional, is not an employment agency, and does not employ Professionals.
3. Accounts and eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration information.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account.
- Professionals must complete our vetting process, including structured interviews and credential verification. Misrepresentation of qualifications is grounds for immediate removal.
4. Fees and payments
- Posting a project is free of charge.
- Clients pay a transparent platform fee only when they actively engage a Professional for a project or retainer. The applicable fee is displayed before any engagement is confirmed.
- Payments are held and released through our payment providers in line with agreed milestones. Invoices, taxes, and any applicable VAT are handled as set out at checkout.
- Circumventing the platform to avoid fees is prohibited.
5. Engagements
Engagements are governed by the standardised contract generated at the time of hire, supplemented by any terms agreed between Client and Professional within the platform. Professionals act as independent contractors and determine their own methods of work. Clients are responsible for providing accurate project briefs and timely access to the information needed to deliver the engagement.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, discriminatory, or unlawful content;
- Use the platform to send spam or unsolicited commercial communications;
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the operation of the platform;
- Upload malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems;
- Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
7. Intellectual property
The platform, including its software, design, branding, and content created by Hrpushs, is owned by Hrpushs Ltd or its licensors. Work product created by a Professional for a Client is owned as set out in the engagement contract; unless agreed otherwise, ownership transfers to the Client upon full payment.
8. Disclaimers
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we verify Professionals' credentials at onboarding, we do not guarantee the outcome of any engagement, and matching recommendations do not constitute professional advice. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hrpushs's aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the platform in any twelve-month period is limited to the platform fees paid by you to Hrpushs in that period. Hrpushs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, or loss of data.
10. Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, present a security risk, or misuse the platform. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including fees owed, intellectual property, and limitation of liability) will survive.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the platform or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections provide otherwise. Questions about these Terms can be sent to legal@hrpushs.com.
