Hrpushs started in 2026 with a frustration we kept running into: the way companies find HR expertise is broken. Growing startups and PE-backed firms need senior people leadership in bursts — a compensation overhaul here, an org redesign there — but the choices on offer were an expensive full-time hire or a generic gig site full of profiles nobody had checked.

So we're building something better: a platform where every professional has had their credentials verified, where matching is done against a taxonomy built specifically for HR work, and where scoping, contracts, milestones, and payment all live in one place. Posting a project is free. You only pay when you hire.
